Certificate of Origin or Packing List Legalization
Please note the new rules of the embassy of Iraq:
1- Invoice, Certificate of Origin, or packing list must be certified from your local chamber of commerce.
2- Invoice, Certificate of Origin, or packing list must be also notarized and certified from your secretary of state.
3- Products must be made in USA
4- If either of the Invoice, Certificate of Origin, or the packing list is made on more than one page, you must number the pages (example: page 1 of 2, page 2 of 2) otherwise the embassy will charge you $160 per page.
Iraq Documents Legalization Requirement

Required documents: The original document notarized from a notary public.
The document must be certified from the Secretary of State in which the notary is licensed.
Certified Copy of Passport
- We will authenticate the document from the U.S. Department of State.
- We will legalize the documents from the Iraqi Embassy in Washington D.C.

The embassy of Iraq has changed their fee structure.
In case if the embassy believe that your documents has more than one subject the embassy will charge $160.00 for each subject

The fee to certify a copy of your passport, a copy of your ID, and three notarized signatures is $103.00 Please include a prepaid return envelop with a tracking number like FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you include your email address you will receive an email confirming that we received your document, and another email to let you that we are going to ship your envelope back to you after we have finished the certification,

We accept personal check, company check, or money order payable to: Arab American Chamber of Commerce.
We also accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex credit card payments from companies only. (5% handling fee is applied).
Billing: Upon request for billing, pharmaceutical companies that are registered with the FDA, patent and trade mark offices, and forwarding companies that have a current "G" account will receive their invoice with the certified documents.
If you are using FedEx, or UPS: Please send an extra self addressed airway bill (make sure that it has your account number on it and that you have signed it). There is no need to send the envelope. Send to:

In case you are using regular mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
In case you are using Priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope and make sure to check the box that indicates that no signature is required on delivery.
