Libya Document Legalization & Authentication Services

Legalization Of Certificate Of Origin And Commercial Invoice

The Libyan Bureau requires certification of both the certificate of origin and the invoice.
Required documents: The original Invoice or certificate of origin notarized from a notary public.
We will also accept the C/O and C/I in PDF format. (Click here for details)

USLegalization will authenticate both documents from US Department of state, certify from Chamber of commerce, and Legalize them from Libya Bureau in Washington DC.
(If your documents were not certified from your state USLegalization will certify them from the state of MD)
The bureau fee varies depending upon the total amount of the invoice.

Libya Documents Legalization Requirement

  1. Our service fee for both documents (C/O and C/I) .
  2. Notary and Court fee {for both C/O and C/I}.
  3. MD Secretary of State fee {for both C/O and C/I}.
  4. US Department of State fee {$8.00 for C/O and $8.00 for C/I}.
  5. Chamber of Commerce certification fee {$35.00 for C/O and $35.00 for C/I}.
  6. Libyan bureau first fee to legalize the invoice and certificate of origin {$40.00 for C/O and $40.00 for C/I}.
  7. The calculated Libyan bureau second fee to legalize the certificate of invoice (C/I).

Case(A) document is signed, notarized and certified from your secretary of state.

  1. We will authenticate the documents from the U.S. Department of State.
  2. We will certify the documents from the Chamber of Commerce.
  3. We will legalize the documents from the Libyan Bureau in Washington D.C.

We accept personal check, company check, or money order payable to: Arab American Chamber of Commerce.
We also accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex credit card payments from companies only. (5% handling fee is applied).
Billing: Upon request for billing, pharmaceutical companies that are registered with the FDA, patent and trade mark offices, and forwarding companies that have a current "G" account will receive their invoice with the certified documents.


If you are using FedEx, or UPS: Please send an extra self addressed airway bill (make sure that it has your account number on it and that you have signed it). There is no need to send the envelope. Send to:
